  • Jewelry Care Guide
    Please treat your jewelry with care. Our jewelry is durable, but sometimes these can react and cause discoloration in some situations. (Not often to happen) Tips: - Store your jewelry in a clean, dry space. - Avoid damaging chemicals. (Hairspray, lotion, and perfume can be damaging) - When in doubt, take it off. (swimming pool and gym isn’t ideal place for your jewelry)
  • How do I find my ring/bracelet size?
    We hope everyone finds their precious jewelry at Jazzy Tune, in considering with sizing issue, most of our rings/bracelets are adjustable to match in more common cases. As for non-adjustable jewelry, size is listed in the product description. Please do not hesitate to contact us here if you need further assistance in choosing your jewelry.
  • How do I wear my flat back earrings?
    Here is a step-by-step guide on how to wear the flat back earrings by doing it on your own: Ensure your hands are clean and sanitized. Gently insert the earring post from the back of your ear. Angle the earring head so that the pin or hole aligns with the post. Gently screw the head in a clockwise direction into the post until firmly secured. To remove, unscrew the head of the earring in a counter-clockwise direction.
  • How do I wear my barbell earrings?
    Here is a step-by-step guide on how to wear the barbell earrings by doing it on your own: Ensure your hands are clean and sanitized. Gently insert the earring post from the front of your ear. Angle the earring back so that the pin or hole aligns with the post. Screw the back in a clockwise direction into the post until firmly secured. To remove, unscrew the back of the earring in a counter-clockwise direction.
  • Why is my silver jewelry changing colors?
    This is a common case for silver jewelry called tarnishing. However, tarnish only occurs on the surface of the jewelry and can be cleaned off. Please read our Jewelry Care Guide for more details.
  • I’m really interested in these but do they turn my skin green?
    Metal pieces like brass and bronze contain copper, which can oxidise with the acid and moisture on your skin to create copper chloride. Therefore stainless steel is a great option to make into piercings that won’t be tarnished if you care with the right step. Please read our Jewelry Care Guide for further information.
  • I am just wondering if the entire earring is stainless steel including the tiny clasps that hold onto the stones or just the post and ball that are made of stainless steel?
    The stainless steel materials which we stated in the product description are including the clasps, the bar(post), and the ball.
  • What is the difference between 16G and 20G piercings?
    Gauge is used to measure the thickness of piercing jewelry which refers to the thickness of the barbell going through your body piercing. The higher the gauge, the thinner the barbell. For example, a 20G barbell is going to be thin, and a 16G barbell is going to be thicker. Small gauges like 20G has a 0.8mm bar but large gauges like 16G has a 1.2mm bar.
  • Refund & Cancellation
    - Stressfree cancellation within 24 hours. - Cancellation made after 24 hours of order placed will incur a 20% processing and transaction fee, priority to the order has not yet been shipped. - Kindly noted that cancellation is not allowed if the order is being shipped as we have already worked on your order. - If any product has been delivered in a damaged or defective condition or wrong product sent, kindly contact us within 7 days of receiving it with proven photos. - Please notice that if you inform us for more than 7 days, we cannot do the refund for you. We reserve the right to refuse any refund and cancellation.
  • Can I request to refund if I am not happy with my order?
    If your jewelry is found defective such as broken/damaged, please contact us immediately upon receiving provided with the photos, and we will proceed to refund you without returning your jewelry. Please note that tarnishing or discolouration due to chemical contact is not a fault. You may check for our jewelry care guide on how to avoid this. Please notice that we reserve the right to accept/refuse the refund for you if being informed for over a month. Refund is specific to the defective items, excluding the shipping fee.
  • When will I receive my refunds?
    It may take up to 7-9 business days for your refund to be processed and verified. We will be in touch via email. You may also choose the refund option credited into your Loyalty Points.
  • About Processing Time
    Our jewelry production process would be around 3 to 5 days. We basically made to order from different designers, brands, and jewelry factories. Orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please provide an accurate delivery address, email address to ensure a smooth and speedy delivery.
  • About Shipping
    We use USPS for our carrier. Orders up and above $49 ship for FREE via USPS First Class Mail within the US. Orders up and above $120 International Free shipping. Shipping time: United States: 3-5 days International: 1-4 weeks, depending on the destination.
  • Can I change my shipping address after the order is placed?
    If you wish your order to be sent elsewhere, kindly contact us as soon as your order has been placed, and we will make the necessary adjustments. We are unable to make changes to your address once the order has been shipped and no refund will be provided if the address is deemed wrong/invalid during delivery.

  • Our return/exchange policy
    We will gladly accept returns within 7 days of the package delivered. Exchanges service is not available at this moment. However, we do accept for refund provided that the products are defective. Please proceed to the refund policy for more information. Notes: Due to kind of our earring posts’s material are 925 Sterling Silver, it is normal that it may get slightly bent. Rest assured that your jewelry is not damaged, gently push it back into its original spot to re-align the earring post.
  • Return Procedure

FREE RETURN with Store Credit Refund💍 If your return arrives back to us within 15 days of your receipt date, you can receive a store credit for the amount of your return and a BONUS 10 credits you can use toward finding something else you'll love. The store credit can last for 60 days from the credit created date. 2. If you would like to make a return by mail, include the merchandise in its original, unused condition, with tags and packaging. You may choose any carrier and ship to the address below. Refunds would be processed within 7 business days upon receipt of your package. Pls note that shipping charges will not be refunded.
